Payment Policy

Bookings Policy
Acceptance of an accommodation booking is acknowledgment and agreement to these terms and conditions.
- The minimum deposit of 1 night's accommodation cost is required to secure every booking and must be paid at the time of booking.
- Payment of deposit must be made by cash, credit card (MasterCard or Visa only), EFTPOS or Bank Transfer. Bank transfer deposit payments are given a period of 5 days to clear.
- Bookings may be cancelled without notice if the deposit is not received by the agreed due date.
- When your deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed by email. Please check that all details on your Booking Confirmation are correct.
- Balance of payment for booking is required on arrival by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
- Guests may request a specific site. Depending on availability, management will endeavour to hold that site for you, but cannot guarantee any site allocation due to circumstances that may arise after your booking has been confirmed.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry into Totara BrIdge StatIon. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.
- Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The tariff is based on the number of guests and type of accommodation for the specified time and duration. Any changes thereto may change the tariff.
- PRICES are calculated on the number of people booked onto a Site or into a Pod. We allow strictly a maximum of 6 people per Site and 2 people for all pods except family pods at 4 persons, including children. There is no provision for additional people.
- Rates are set for 12 months from July to June. Rates may change without notice. Prices quoted are current at time of booking, inclusive of GST and firm upon full payment for the specified time and duration.
- The person named on the Booking Confirmation is liable for any damage/Loss caused to the accommodation or its fixtures and fittings. In such an event the customer gives the management of Totara Bridge Station authority to be recompensed for loss.
- Minimum stay periods may apply to weekends, public holidays and peak season.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of accommodation pod.
- Bookings cancelled more than 7 days prior to check-in, will be refunded in full. Alternatively, the booking can be transferred to another date within the current financial year.
- Cancellations inside of 7 days of check-in will result in the cost of one night's tariff being charged to the held credit card for each pod cancelled.
- Non arrival on the first night of the booking (without notification) automatically cancels entire booking.
- Refunds are not given for early departure.

Cancellation of sites
- Cancellations inside of 72 hours of check-in will result in the price of one night's accommodation from each site being deducted from the held credit card.
- Non arrival on the first night of the booking (without notification) automatically cancels entire booking.
- Refunds are not given for early departure.

- Each online booking website has its own cancellation/refund policy that might also be relevant to the specific deal that is being offered - please check with the relevant website.

Child Policy

Children Policy
We do not exclude children, but there are no specific facilities for children, and the design of the accommodation facilities does not lend its self to being child friendly.


We have many different room configurations, so please feel free to let us know when you book if you need Single beds or a Queen, we will do our best to accommodate your choice whenever possible.
